By authorizing detailed RFID cards and scientifically arranged RFID reading points, it is possible to be sensitive when and wherever.



By setting up an RFID reader at the school gate, the details of the student's admission and pick-up are automatically recorded, which is convenient for the kindergarten teacher to grasp the situation of the class children. You can also sync the data to the kindergarten website for parents to check. At the same time, the RFID at the school gate can also realize the attendance function for the faculty and staff, and accurately record the faculty's commute time.



(2) Access control system: The access control is set up in safety-critical places such as kindergarten classrooms, canteens, and sleeping rooms. Only the faculty members and the RFID cards of the children in this school have the right to open the door. If a criminal breaks into a kindergarten, the safety factor of the teacher and the child will be greatly increased because the door cannot be opened. (3) School bus safety monitoring system: The vehicle RFID reader automatically obtains the accurate number of students getting on and off through the electronic wristband worn by the students. The actual number of school buses can be displayed in a suitable position in the vehicle in a conspicuous manner to remind the driver. Avoid the situation where the school bus is left behind when the school bus stops and the door is closed. Use the wireless network to send the actual number of people in the car to the security monitoring center to prevent the school bus from being overloaded. When the parents pick up the child at the site, they use the RFID card of the parent to authenticate the RFID reader at the door. The system uses the voice or screen display mode to let the driver and the car teacher obtain the parent information and compare it with the child's RFID card to avoid Counterfeit, misplaced children.



(4) Hazardous area early warning system: Set the sensing point (ie remote high-sensitivity RFID reader) in the dangerous area of the kindergarten campus, buildings (such as deep pool, transformer, roof, gas pipe, end of walkway, etc.), through computer network (High-speed Ethernet or wireless network) is connected to the Security Management Monitoring Center. Once a child approaches, the sensor immediately emits a warning such as sound, light, etc., and automatically transmits the read child RFID information to the monitoring center. In the security management monitoring center, after the computer system application software obtains the information, it also sends out alarm signals such as sounds and animations from the computer, and accurately gives the specific location of the RFID sensing point, reminding the administrator to take security measures immediately.



During the non-school period, when the child approaches the school gate, the RFID reader at the school gate can also be sensed immediately. The system will also issue a warning to the monitoring center and the guard on duty to prevent the child from being lost or taken away by the bad guy.



(5) Parents' transfer and visit system: In order to improve safety, during school hours or temporary visits, parents must pass the RFID reader set at the school gate to verify the child. And the guard or security guard allows the family to pick up the child only if the card number read in the parent card matches the child card number worn by the child. In order to facilitate the clear information and comparison, a large-size display can be placed at the door of the guard room, and the key information of the RFID card and the photos of the parents and children can be simultaneously displayed. The background application software automatically compares the card numbers to give voice and animation. prompt.



If there are temporary visitors who need to enter the kindergarten, they can receive the temporary RFID card after registering at the gatekeeper, and set the area (such as office building, teacher dormitory, etc.) and stay time of the visitor through the system application software. When a visitor enters a non-access area, especially a child learning and activity area, the system automatically sends a reminder message to the monitoring center and the guard (security guard). When the visitor ends the visit, the visitor returns the RFID card at the gatekeeper and the system unlocks the access.



RFID technology combined with an effective safety management system can better eliminate the safety hazards of kindergartens, achieve early detection, early warning, prevent problems, and minimize the harm caused by accidents.
